Last week, research and advisory firm Universum Global released its list of the most attractive companies to work at for students in business. They surveyed nearly 150,000 students in some of the world’s largest economies like Canada. China, India, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

It is not a surprise to ValueMags employees that Google takes the first stop. The company is one of the largest in the world (largest search engine responsible for over 90% of international searches) and has a rein-free work ethic. The company thinks that having their employees lead their work with their creativity is what will make sure that their employees are happy and contribute to the company’s success in a way that they desire. Headlines and media around evolving tech companies show that most business students want to jump onto the technology trend in companies. That is why ValueMags is going completely digital. For the most part, ValueMags does provide only print entertainment. Recently, they have introduced a digital program that will contribute to that movement and make coming to work at ValueMags more desirable.

Working in ValueMags’ favour, most business students are not attracted to large business (although Google sits at the top). Nearly 75% of them are more comfortable in a company with under a thousand employees. Within that 75%, a lot are more comfortable in a business that is established but with start-up number of employees.
